We hired Gaurang for interior additions at our flats in Goregaon. To us it was challenging task to accommodate all the necessary convenience's for our family in small 1BHK footprint. The best compliment I can give is that I would use him again and would recommend him to others for the following reasons:
1. On-Stop Shop - He is your General Contractor, Buyer, Designer, Quality inspector - That is what I needed, since our family is not local resident.
2. Organized and worth every paise: Well organized, you get upfront depiction and also a project summary binder with all your product brochures and warranty description.
3. Architectural Wisdom: Gaurang has an excellent sense of design and listens to your needs. He found the right balance between honoring the style of our home while also updating the interior with modern conveniences. For example, we wanted a more modern kitchen that would fit both the young and experienced - he designed both those elements very successfully.
4. Even if the hired skilled carpenter or plumber or electrician are good, it is peace of mind to know that Gaurang will drop by to help ensure the plans are executed properly, and he knows all the right questions to ask. Gaurang is pleasant to work with and we really enjoyed working with him!

Great experience with our office! We had Gaurang and his team do our office at Hubtown Solaris. We were working with a very tight schedule. Having worked with other architects in the past it was a welcome change. He shared multiple layouts and 3D walk-throughs which helped us visualize the office before we commenced our work. He and his team shared drawings detailed to the smallest level before we started work. This ensured that there were no major ad-hoc alterations as work progressed and there we no budget escalations later on. His execution team was also spot on and completed all activities well within 3 months.
We started from bare walls in Dec and were able to start our office comfortably at Gudi Padwa (April). His scope covered everything from bare walls to a fully functional office - AC ducting, electricals, furniture, glass partitions, wall partitions, false ceiling, pantry, sun films, painting, polishing. He had everyone in sync right from day one. It has been four years now, and is probably the right time to write this review. We are very happy with the fact that we see no repairs required and love its open and bright interiors. We are able to use our office space very optimally - and surprisingly have had no second thoughts on anything.
